I can honestly say I’ve never heard of this happening. Of all the girls I’ve befriended, this has not been the case. Not to mention that I’m a female and this does not describe me at all, so directing it at all of us is ignorant.
And I’m seeing this shit everywhere and it just irks me to no end. Just cause you think you’re a “GREAT good guy” doesn’t make you everyone’s type, and if you’re constantly being turned down, there is a chance you are over looking faults in your personality that stand out to others like a sore thumb. This is really from my experience. Perhaps these guys go for girls who are bad at making decisions. But to say that every girl is like this is moronic, you obviously just go for one particular type of girl.
I just remember the only dudes who’ve used this bullshit on me were not “great guys” even though they seemed to think they were. Yeah I’m probably going to get mass hate from a bunch of butthurt melodramatic guys. Boo fucking hoo.
Pro tip: complaining about the friend zone is really unattractive and will probably keep you in the friend zone for a long time.
